Glass Animals 2

Another try at the glass animals today.  There were dark shadows and light shadows in the glass, but even though it was a sunny day, not enough to make much in the way of cast shadows.  I had to take artistic license.  Ink and pencil

Sketching at Home During Lockdown

I'm sketching at home while we are all doing "social distancing".  I was inspired by a post by Brenda Swenson in January, where she sketched some little bird figurines, and later did a couple of watercolors of them.  It sparked the idea to get out my little glass bird, and since he doesn't have a mate, I picked up some of his glass friends.  I was okay until the elephant, and then I had trouble figuring out where to put the cat and rabbit.  I eventually found a better arrangement, which I will try to remember to sketch tomorrow.
